Welcome to Korea&Me
By placing an order with Korea&Me (“Korea&Me”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for any products available on our website (the “Site”) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully.

We may update or amend these T&Cs from time to time. The date of the latest update will always be shown above. Each time you place an order, the version of the T&Cs in effect at that moment will apply. If we make significant changes that affect your order, we will notify you in advance and provide you with the option to cancel if you do not agree with the updated terms.
Eligibility to Purchase
To purchase Products or use features on our Site, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You are purchasing in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- The payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe you have breached these requirements or these T&Cs.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. However:
- Colours may vary depending on your device.
- Sizes, measurements, and capacities are approximate.
- Packaging may differ slightly from images shown.
All skincare and beauty Products are for external use only. Information on the Site is for general guidance and is not a substitute for medical advice. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about allergies or reactions.
Order Process
- Placing an Order – Orders can be placed through our Site checkout. You can review your selections before confirming.
- Acknowledgement of Order – After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order.
- Acceptance of Order – A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- Availability – Orders are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund, alternative, or backorder.

Right to Refuse Orders – We may refuse an order if:
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Fraud or misuse is suspected.
- The Product is withdrawn from sale.
- There is a pricing or product description error.
Consumer Rights – UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See Returns & Cancellations for details.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery charges are added at checkout.
- If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
- Payment is taken when you place your order.
- All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If not authorised, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout. All times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure details are correct as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once delivered, ownership and risk pass to you.
UK Delivery – All orders are tracked:
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50 (2–3 working days from dispatch)
- Free InPost Parcel Locker Delivery on orders over £30 (2 working days from dispatch)*
- Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £150 (1 working day from dispatch)
- £3.99 – Royal Mail Tracked Standard (2–3 working days from dispatch)
- £5.50 – Royal Mail Tracked First Class (1–2 working days from dispatch)
Returns & Cancellations
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or beauty Products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Faulty or Damaged Items – If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@koreaandme.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Return Window – You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Return Shipping – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as the Products remain your responsibility until they reach us.
How to Make a Return
- Request Approval – Email hello@koreaandme.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Only approved returns will be accepted.
- Include Order Number – Clearly mark your order number on the parcel exterior or include it inside. Without this, we cannot process your return.
- Ship the Return – Use your preferred shipping provider (tracked recommended).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges will only be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the Products are faulty/incorrect.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or transport issues.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
